Delivery Information

SHIPPING CONDITIONS

Delivery to all countries nationally and internationally.


Deliveries within Germany:

For deliveries within Germany shipping is charged at a flat rate of EUR 4.99.


Deliveries within the European Union and Switzerland:

For deliveries within the European Union, shipping is charged at a flat rate of EUR 13.99.


Deliveries worldwide:

For deliveries internationally and to non-EU countries (except Switzerland) shipping is charged at a flat rate of EUR 18.99.


Deliveries within USA:

For deliveries USA shipping is charged at a flat rate of EUR 18.99 + surcharge EUR 16,00.

Deliveries within Australia and New Zealand:


Until further notice, merchandise shipments to Australia and New Zealand (DHL Paket International, Päckchen International and Warenpost International) can no longer be accepted due to problems with transport, customs clearance and/or delivery. The restrictions also apply to items to Tasmania and Lord Howe Island.



Postage free deliveries:

For orders of EUR 50 and above shipping is free within the European Union and Switzerland. 


As far as no other time limit is indicated in the article description, the delivery of goods in Germany will take place within 3 - 5 working days, in case of deliveries to the EU and third countries within 6 - 21 days after order confirmation (where advance payment is agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).


Please note that on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays there is no order processing or deliveries.


If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one collective shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered.


The delivery will be made to the address given. If this address is incorrect and a delivery cannot be made, the customer shall bear all additional costs of the return and also the costs of re-delivery. The customer must ensure that the delivery can be handed over or picked up at the post office. Therefore please be sure to double check your details. 


You will be sent a tracking number by e-mail. You can then track the status of the shipment at any time on the DHL or Deutsche Post website. Once the shipment has been handed over or collected from the post office, it shall be deemed to have been delivered.
